I got every time this Problem
Loading Setting File...

Error: bind
I have to say that Im a newbie in Last Chaos Server.

The Connector need to set IP:127.0.0.1

I have do this. No this is what i got now:

No.
Ip you should get with the following command:
ifconfig
And if you off the server and want to on it again, you should restart your vps\vds\dedic\virtual box depends what you are using.
