with Navicat... Dump SQL-File -> Structure Only...
alternative..
mysqldump -d -h localhost -u root -pmypassword newproject_db > newproject_db.sql

this would be a bad idea @2 .... i would go to google search for "ALTER TABLE tablename AUTO_INCREMENT = value;" our just use this.. reset all auto_increments back to 1
ALTER TABLE tablename AUTO_INCREMENT = 1;
