if you want change only price you cann use only itemall editor from wizatek
exempl exp booster 882 : perice in npc 2kk i want change it to 4kk
open itemall_usa with itemall editor from wizatek search the id 882 and change price to 4kk and updat it in database restart server and done

but if you need to add item on npc
you need to use shop editor from wizatek
add item to npc shop you want and than you need to add it in t_shopitem in database
exemple you add 882 exp booster to npc shop you need than to add it in t_shopitem
