i looking for files for launcher, as news.php , for get a real launcher and not the launcher with white page.

If im right, the officials HTML Pages are on EP1 Section.
If not, you can download the official one and search the URLs, and recup HTML Pages.

You could always build your own one based on the aeria launcher itself.
It is all builded by html and php, it is not that hard
