Would you bring me a solution please? waiting for your answer, I Thank You in advance for taking the time to my worries. - soryjero - 01-05-2014 be sure you are running mysqld - lukaslt - 01-06-2014 May I ask if you are running mysql server? There might be some error which has occured try manually start the mysql server, if that wont help could you provide us a bit more details, there might be a error occured with mysql.sock file which stops you from connecting to db if thats the case you have to delete the mysql.sock file. - zdanuxiz - 01-09-2014 Open terminal and write this if you cant start mysqld: service mysqld stop mv /var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock /var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock.bak service mysqld start - CrazyApple - 01-15-2014 mysql sock is missing for me lol - NoName - 01-15-2014 Hello, Thank you for your help, sorry for not responding sooner I was very busy.
