Been a little confused now, the PizzaGuy, whoever released the package editor has said it works only on 1 files are there files that doesnt support it? sorry with a dumb question but I'm confused a little myself

PizzaGuy = Warmonger (if you didnt know that :p )
The LCPE works only on the public EP3 Files. (No Fraction.. only Ex-Rogue and Arch-Mage)
