I need help for that me friend can play in mine ep1. but when me friend try she/he get timed out.

You should edit sl.dta with the right IP and PORT, to connect to your server.

127.0.0.1 is a local host IP and only you and only from your computer has access(no other computer can have access).
To find your IP:
(WindowsKey+R)->cmd->ok->ipconfig->search for IPv4 Address
Configure your server to connect to the IP address for your friend to connect. And give him that IP

That is a private IP only if your friend is in your network can have access, i would recommend using hamachi, if your friend is not in your private network.

On the server use the Hamachi IP, and on sl.dta use the servers Hamachi IP.
