Hello Community !¬
So I've been out of Last Chaos development for some time. I'm back now and here is a problem
My friend made me an account for MySQL and somehow i cannot connect to it. He can easily connect on his computer.

1.Check Ip if it Binded To his pc
2. Check if it Your Pc Ip
3. He Did Not do it right
4.Or Doesn't know what he doing xD jk
5.check if Firewall not blocking port 3306 for Navicat to Connect
6. or other Option Just use phpMyAdmin
7. if all fails den there a big problem

he will have to allow your IP to connect OR open the MySQL port
