Hi guys, I wanna ask if any1 has got this error on subhelper:
2014/02/03 06:37:38 :: SYSTEM_RANKING_EX ERROR: RankingEX_RefreshDate()_1 >
This output string appears when any player try to open ingame ranking list, and the ranking list dont load any data.
You know a solution?

you need add Titles for ex-rogue and ex-mage for ranking?

Titles for EX chars added and work fine.
But all my chars are like lvl 100

the error appears if this query fails
INSERT INTO t_ranking_date(a_date) VALUES(%s)
so check the table and try again.
And it is important that you start subhelper before gameserver

Yeah I start SubHelper before all GameServers!
This is the content of my a_date:

All 3 fields with todays date: a /rankrefresh0831 after SubHelper restart (I tried more /rankrefresh commands before subhelper restart but nothing happens!)

Try just Emptying the tables with navicat if your running it ... Dont Truncate them then, do the refresh command from game...

first empty all ranking tables then add a date to t_ranking_date ...just add todays date, reset subhelper.
then go in game hit ranking then reset, then do the gm command rankrefresh0831....
done
