1. Open file UIGuild.cpp in client source. This can be found in Engine\Interface
2. Look for this code:
#else
if ( tInt > 50 || tInt < 0 ) //Change 50 to 100
3. Replace the number 50 with 100.
4. All done ?

If you have the source code then yes it should work in EP2 I believe
