Hello dear comm,
i have a many questions! lol i dont know where to start
First of all i want to connect from my pc to my vps navicat but i cant via SSH......
Ive already installed xampp.. includes mysql filezila and others.
An Example of what i tried:
My VPS navicat has the following info: Connection Name: . Last Chaos
Hostname/IP adress: 127.0.0.1
Port: 3306
Username: root
Password:
I know my pc cant connect to the VPS navicat dabatases since its a local ip, i been messing around adding the vps ip in the Hostname / IP Adress but i keep getting errors.
I figured if i cant connect to my VPS navicat databases how will i connect my website(with it files) to my VPS navicat dabatases to get info such as rankings, players etc etc?
Please help me out comm!
P.S is i need to specify more please let me know!

Okay ... You only need to create an "new" user on MySQL (you can do it with /phpmyadmin, for me it was easier) &
you need to setup an password.
If you are done -- Example :
Connection Name: . Last Chaos
Hostname/IP adress: IP FROM VPS
Port: 3306
Username: smogg
Password: smogg123

And open the Firewall for other connections ;D
