Hi LCKB Users
I have a little problem. I want to play LastChaos with some friends on my own private server. I've setup my virtual machine with centOS 6.5, but i don't know how to setup a last chaos EP2 server. I want to learn something and i'm looking for somebody, who want to explain me the setup and little tipps and tricks for linux. I don't have big experiences with linux oder a own server, so i'm a full newbie

Ich hab da ein kleines Problem. Und zwar habe ich mir mit VMWare eine virtuelle Maschine aufgesetzt, auf der CentOS 6.5 läuft. Damit wollte ich mir nun einen kleinen PrivatServer erstellen, auf dem ich mit ein paar Kumpels zocken kann. Allerdings habe ich nicht sehr viel Ahnung von Linux und LC "Programmieren". Kann mir da irgendwer helfen, den Server von Grundauf neu aufzusetzen und mir so ein paar Tipps zeigen? Klar, sowas ist nicht in 5 Minuten gemacht, aber ich bereit dazu zu lernen und würde mich gerne mal "fortbilden"
Das Ganze könnte dann ber TeamViewer uns TS/Skype gelöst werden. Falls ihr mir helfen könnt und wollt, addet mich einfach by Skye: henri_k98Ich bedanke mich schonmal für alle Hilfen/Guides/Videos/...

Ok, thx for the link, but i want to lern something about linux and lc server, so something like that isn't so good.

if you want to learn about linux, first get to know the different distributions that exist. Then i advise you to pratice with it, make it your main OS, gets easier to learn it.To learn about lc server, you can read here in toxic-l33t.ddns.net tutorials and fixes that our community made availble. Take your time and read, if you come across something that you dont know how to solve, then ask here. But be specific about what you need, cause there is ALOT about linux and lc server to start all over again.
