Hello, l added 1 lvl more on a skill (Power Magnum) but when l try to use it, it never work.
(The skill always miss) 2
But when l use the skill mana is always used, and the animation work.

But now l have another question, can l create an item that will drop from mobs with options?
For example a weapon with cooldown etc.
