Hello
I've finally been able to set everything up in a VM and everything runs perfectly except the GS which says error bind. I know this is a very noob question but I've tried everything plus that port isn't in use so idk why it's giving that problem >.< loginserver and everything else works fine, any idea of what could it be?

check your control panel , in french it is this "Panneau de configuration\Réseau et Internet\Connexions réseau" the repertory^^ "VMware Network Adapter VMnet8" need to be On/actived and check in propriety if "Vmware Bridged Protocol" is "pick" and chose NAT in vmware for the virutal machine
for me it is work gl

What IP do you set in the files then if you choose NAT? I think it must be bridged

STEP 1: you need install vmware workstation 9 yourself (easy)
later go to normal user past all the file we have in the package (server file database file ect in the desktop)
STEP 2 : extract the Mysql-shared-compat + installed it (requiered password of user centos6.3)
STEP 3 : We need Open the terminal go to Application -> Terminal Open
STEP 4 : Enter su and password of your user centos 6.3 (the password will not show)
when you done
STEP 5 : setup (-mysql -php- appache2-) (phpmyadmin if you want) Credits Noizy
STEP 6 : donwload and install navicat mysql server for mysql

STEP 7 : logout as your user and go to root user then go to -compunter-filesystem-usr-lib
STEP 8 : find libssl.so.10 and libcrypto.so.10 then make a copy of this in the folder where you are
STEP 9 rename it by libssl.so.6 and libcrypto.so.6 you need it for run the GameServer proper (credits Noizy)
STEP 10 : stop firewall of root and normal user
STEP 12 Creat 4 different database with the following name
1 newproject_data
2 newproject_db
3 newproject_db_auth
4 newproject_post
later put all your database i have give you here
(you will not got error in the newproject_data)5 Shutodown your vmware check at your network activate vmware network (if is enable don't touch)
6 open your vmware but don't run then go to setting add new select bridged connection
7 press ok
8 run your centos 6.3 machine when done login in your (user not root ) go to connection information at the right side
9 check ipv4 then go to your server file and config your server proper
10 run all your serve file in the right sense
11 make sure your sl.dta of client are same ip of ipv4
12 Creat your account with hashpassword will be in the package too (credit to fabi202cool)
13 go ingame Login and Enjoy custom your server

I have all that done, everything works except the GS which says BIND for idk what reason, the port it's using isn't in use and the IP is right and it keeps happening if I change the port
This is really making me look like a noob xD

My god I'm a hardcore retarded, I forgot the config file was the one in the data folder and I was editing one that was in same directory than GS XDDDDDDDD
