here are my dev studio v1.1(fixed)
some tools now read in iso-8859 (for language with accents)
have also added moball editor/mobname exporter
titleeditor3 now fixed colors & options.

The title editor haven't work right yet, now i have fixed the colors & the options. (thx to NeÄ´ for say me the bug)
