i try add a new item in DB and use LOD Export 2015 for create the .lod file
new itemAll.lod not have item 11023+

Dunno what ur Problem is, its exporting
is the item enabled and has a_zone_flag set to 1023 ? Cause the tool selects :
"SELECT * FROM t_item WHERE a_zone_flag=1023 AND a_enable = 1 ORDER by a_index"
