I'm running all servers in this order :
1.SubHelper
2.Messenger
3,Connector
4.Helper
5.GameServer1
6.GameServer2
7.LoginServer
and I get this error:

I wuld suggest to try to run both GameServer (GS1 & GS2)
if that dont work check ur Database maybe something went wrong there or is damaged..
But as first try to run it with both GameServer or just set ur subchannel = 1

I see in your Picture that Channel 1 is down.
So for me its clearly not running

that becaus t_user are crashed or database you need to reaper your database newproject_db_auth
