So i think if nation id is 9 for usa, need a_national 4.
NationID => a_national
10 => 2
9 => 4
8 => 8
7 => 16
...

Only needed if other nation ids example usa, ger, french etc.
So if you use USA take 4 as a_national

that's impossible because that feature/function isn't programmed.
national is the flag only for the nation version of the server/client.
