So, to test the connectivity, I used Telnet : telnet X.X.X.X 3306
It's OK
I connected from another server Linux (wich has the package mysql to use the commandline) :
mysql -h X.X.X.X -u USER -p
SHOW DATABASES;
I saw my 4 databases, I created.
Someone have an idea ?

so easy. Create a new user mysql with full permissions.

I tried this :
mysql -u root -p
#Password of root
CREATE USER 'newuser'@'localhost' IDENTIFIED BY 'password';
GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON * . * TO 'newuser'@'localhost';
flush privileges;
quit
I have the same problem even after a reboot.
