yeah, but when i take "192.168.0.12" in the messenger, it opens and closes quickly :S

Dont use empty Password for root in MySQL. This is the most reason, why MsSQL and other Programms cant connect.
Create an User for MySQL with password and grant all rights of the DB tho him. Use this User and Password in your settings.

Navicat and PHPMyAdmin, okay. But runs your Gameserver with root and empty password? I dont think so.
If it run, you may have configure your MySQL to allow connecten from root with empty Password.
Easier Way for someone who dont know to configure MySQL servers, is to setup an User with granting DB Rights and use Passwords.

yes it's the ip who the console write when i take ifconfig -a
