Hello, I have the following problem, I create a monster combo session, but when I enter the NPC does not appear to start it, my question is, do I have to be on a specific channel, or is there something wrong?

It's the wrong y-layer
Go in t_shop and change a_y_layer to 2 where keeper index 489
UPDATE t_shop SET a_y_layer = 2 WHERE a_keeper_idx = 489;

You are right ^^
I tried with the go_npc command, since it didn't work I assumed that the npc was not there. I guess by appearing below the ground the GameServer removed it.

Nope.
Monster which are below the map are still callable with go_npc function. If the client tell you "No NPC Found" you might have some other errors ...

Hmm, in that case maybe the npc was too low and didn't do the tp due to distance, i'm not sure
