I Tryed everthing out
Lan Connection
Hamachi Connection
Dynamic IP Connection
but still the same error (Timed Out)
and i set all correctly

dont use a password with mysql and this will fix your time out issue

just set mysql with no pass and it will work, i had the same problem

also i would never recommend Hamachi
