Download ResHacker 2.
Open it and then File -> Open.
You will see this.

Hit "Select File With New Cursor" and then navigate and select the new cursor you wish to use. Then hit "Open" and then "Replace"
Then save it File -> Save (this will automatically backup the previous executable in case you mess up)
