yum install bind bind-utils

It says that you can not bind the server to that IP/Port, cause on it invalid IP(check with ifconfig), or the port is in used (check netstat -an)
By the way bind is for DNS(unless you want to make, or look at a dns server its not useful).

type in terminal IFCONFIG (without caps-look)
and copu inet ip

or use 127.0.0.1.. when i typed IP that i can see in ifconfig there was error with connecting to db so.
