I decided to make a user editor for the 2008. Just a tool i made to make things a lil bit easyer for people loads all your accounts.

-Loads Server
-Can auto restart server when crash
-Auto update
-Can turn auto update off
-Adds Users
-Edits Users
-Deletes Users
-Disables and Enables
-Save Connection
-Loads all accounts
-Searches Characters
-Edits Characters
Edits Name, and Admin rank.
-Disables and Enables Characters
-Loads account info and characters when clicked.
Instructions.
- Put in folder with server files.
-Go to Settings type yours in click save.
-Then use the tool.

Not to be a [CeNsOrEd], but lets say someone deletes all 4 chars and starts with a new char?
The 4 chars arent really deleted but just disabled

that can be done with a trigger.. like every day or every week deleted every char that is disabled.
char are disabled only for 24h i think ?

you have to go to the connection tab and type in your info and click save then reopen it
