This tool will enable and disable the Encryption for Server Files, just copy it in your Server Folder:

The client and server uses a DES encryption(Block cypher encryption which are hard to crack) to encrypt the packets, some of of you dont use, Encryption at all (you can read the packet data, even send wrong packets to crash a server).
I didnt test this tool with other servers, except mine.

Yeah only works with your enigme and i think only with your server
