As edits +15 Weapons Effects? I know how to add a +15 Weapon Effect to thank you very much.

If the weapon has no effects when its plussed its probably missing bones in the bm file
Unless it happends to all the weapons, specially with the original ones

Weapons level 1-165 takes effect .. But weapons +173 does not :S I have to do to take effect as the others? Thank you very much.

If you want to change the brightness, lightning, etc ... It is located in the folder Effect.
