It means you cant execute the file directly. Make a shortcut like so.
"C:\[CeNsOrEd]\[CeNsOrEd]\LastChaos\Bin\Nksp.exe" LastChaosUSA
Then you can run the client without using the launcher.

I use the new launcher.
I load the updates and everything perfect.
But by giving the start button tells me this:

make a .bat file with this code and place it in the main folder where the launcher is, then execute it
start Bin/Nksp.exe 6574
taskkill /f /im LC.exe

ya i know, i just copied the one Im using because my launcher doesnt close when pressing "START"
