Do you have already a dumped t_options and t_rareoptions in your database?

yes my t_options has a grid if tht wht u mean and my t_rareoptions has things inside it

Make backup of them and download from gothic his starterpack and dump these 2 tables, and overwrite them, that would be the easiest way.
