This does not work! (Tested myself) I have left the links just incase someone may want it.
If you read down Warmonger is looking into this idea an maybe release a fix.

warmonger i not realy understand what you say mybe it´´s not the connecctor it´´s the login server? if so can you pls pls make a tutorial how to do ep1 server without hamachi.

wizatek´s emulator is working for me without hamachi i tested it but with the ep1 it´s not working i think it´s realy the loginserver and not the connector.

Pls dont post here as you clearly dont have a clue what your talking about.. look at the config settings for all exes
Game server connects to connectors IP to tell connector where it is
Login server connects to connector too..
A player logs into login server then gets DIRECTED by connector to the game server -,-
The problem is if your running from a home PC you dont have a WAN IP in your local system its on your router. With this in mind... the exe server files need to bind to an IP if your on a home pc you can only bind to local ips or IP=ALL but try this setting with the game server an it will crash so for the game server your only option is 127.0.0.1 or your LAN IP (Local IP).
Once game server is binded to a local IP it WILL NOT be seen by anyone outside its LAN!!!!!
I mean its name says it all CONNECTOR
