Here is an update to your database, making exp rise more slowly for lower level players, but rise normally for higher level players. If you have a server with 100x more xp, a player at lv1-10 will earn 10x xp, a player from lv11 to 15 will earn 20x xp, and the rate will continue to gradually go up as the player levels. This is basically meant to allow people to experience the noob levels before moving on, I, along with many of my players, enjoy playing as a little player again. These private servers all always jump so fast through these levels that people forget how easy going and simple the levels are.
UPDATE t_npc SET a_exp = a_exp * .1 WHERE a_level <= 10 AND a_level >= 1;
UPDATE t_npc SET a_exp = a_exp * .2 WHERE a_level < 15 AND a_level > 10;
UPDATE t_npc SET a_exp = a_exp * .35 WHERE a_level < 20 AND a_level > 14;
UPDATE t_npc SET a_exp = a_exp * .5 WHERE a_level < 25 AND a_level > 19;
UPDATE t_npc SET a_exp = a_exp * .65 WHERE a_level <= 30 AND a_level >= 25;
UPDATE t_npc SET a_exp = a_exp * .8 WHERE a_level <= 40 AND a_level > 30;
UPDATE t_npc SET a_exp = a_exp * .9 WHERE a_level <= 50 AND a_level > 40;

I did this to my server about 4 months ago and i love it high rate servers are nice if you know how to play the game but they really kill the game play for new players. Nice share !
