On most databases the bloodfrenzy is disabled, along with a random mob I happened to notice, fix:
# Elite Corpse Solider
UPDATE t_npc SET a_enable = 1 WHERE a_index = 147;
# Blood Frenzy
UPDATE t_npc SET a_enable = 1 WHERE a_index = 157;
