Today i want to ask you something.

I live in Ukraine, and i want to do a server. But i heared something connected with prison. xD. And i want to ask you, do these rules spread in the residents of Ukraine?

Because i don't want to be in prison.

Get a lawyer and have him go over it. I have no idea since i dont live in ukraine or have anyidea where to look.
