When posting in the help section we would appreciate you to come back and post how it got solved (if not already posted) and edit your first post and changed your tag to SOLVED.

 

When this is done an admin or mod can when move your topic into the solved area to keep forever for other people to use, we can then build a big database of solved problems

 

If you do not do any of the above you are allowing an understand that your topic/posts will get deleted within a couple of days
