Problem Reading EP3 ItemAll

I have got item all ep3 structure with db and hex editor but i have seen there is a piece of values that i dont know where there are them.

My problem is i can read about 6000 items but after this, i get an error coz there is a piece of values that arent any item.

I dont know after what items i have to read/write it so i would like to know how to know when i have to write it. If you dont understan me, tell me i will try to explain it in another way.

i have some advances.

 

I have guessed that the piece of code i say is after some C2 but i am not sure about what value of last item i have to check to know if after last item read go piece of code or is another item.

I also have guessed all the pieces of code dont have the same lenght so i also would like to know how to know the length of the code.
