Because u need to be between level 50 and 90

or you need to change mini lvl and max lvl in gs

maybe your gs doesnt support it, and have you check the npc and skill is set correctly?

i am using the usa files and have tested this and elizabeth gives the enhancements on ch5 and ch6 i hope this helps

Check into your skill.bin if you have the skill elizabeth enanchment if not, it needs to be added, client side and server side (database).

 

If you still have into database and client, but still doesnt work, then its problem of GS that doesnt support it.

 

Also be on ch5 and ch6
