Hi everyone.

I have a problem with EP3 files.
When i try to start GS, helper, SubHelper ecc all ready without any problem, but when i try to open loginserver i have this error "Connect db error"
I have this problem only in the loginserver.

How can solve?

dont add password in newstobm.bin...if you add password,files will give cannot connect db error..

U can use passwords, but u need to set mysql to use old passwords. 

in etc/my.cnf u need to add old_passwords=1

and also update the password in the user table with OLD_PASSWORD(passwordhere)

Why do you use test as pw? it must be old mysql password and user db is newproject_db I think unless youve edited it, an example of mine:

PS: Use 127.0.0.1 for all IP instead of external IP except for loginserver and gameservers. No one will access your files like that and it should work even faster.

Ive have put the folder "update" in the client but i have error and client crash, without the folder "update" the game work perfectly.
