Website and DB Help

Hello guys, im harrasing you guys again cuze im really confused atm on how this works.

 

For example: my website files are located in 000webhosts.com and everything works good but when i try to register or login

 

it dosent work due to i dont have the dbs in it, so my big question is where do newproject_data, newproject_db_auth

 

newproject_db go in? where do i exactly need to upload them ? do they have to be completely uploaded or just few tables?

U can upload them in the SQL free service that they offer. Its in the website CP of 000

@2 btw they only let me upload maximum of 2mb files, and sql files are bigger, does that mean i need to dump table by table and import them ?
