Juno Problem!!

to go downtown "Juno" throws me this error, any idea why it is?

I think the problem is trying to read a file and can't be because are encrypted.

is when I use the command / go_zone 0 0 or when I get to the castle juno running

if you go in the bin folder you find the dmp file, just open it with notepad++ and you will see a lot of weird stuff, but somewhere in the bottom you will see the file it could not find
