Is there any way to log the kills in arena without encryption ?

All kills are loged in gameserver log files.

i dont mean this, i mean to check when someone be killed and the killer recive reward.

As I told you... All kills are loged in log files... Just make a reader to check whatever you want and then get informations you need to make the request to give item to the killer.
