Title problem

Guys how do i fix ths problem and when i pick up the title , it doesnt say name on it.

Now i got the same problem but when i drop it , the name shows on the item but the same error/ How to fix that ?

I use command /itemdrop <ID of title> then i pick it up.

and other players dont see name of it when i drop it.

cant i patch it ?
