Accesories and Seals Help!!

Hello Dear Community!

 

I recently created a Newbie Beginner Accesorie but its not giving the seals i want. Its giving random seals from rareoption that are used for necklace of thunder,fire,water etc etc

 

1.I Made my Ring "Euphoria Newbie Ring"

 
2.I added these seals to my Newbie ring:
 
1st Seals with 2500 chance ( not sure how chances wortk tho)

 
 
2nd Seals also with 2500 chance:

 
 
3rd Seals also with 2500 chance:

 
 
This is my Beginner Ring Rareoption Section:

 

 

BUUUUUT! when i go ingame i get these seals after i accept the ring as a gift from " Euphoria Beginner" Npc

As you all can see all of them have random seals and not like the ones i directed them to have.
So i came with a conclution that is reading all the other rareoption in general that have  "Accs" types.
 
So how can i make my beginner ring have the seals i want? what steps must i follow?
 
And how can i add it 100% chance to get the seals i want?
