I would to know if anyone wish some kinds of new tools or fix some tools. Also you can post your wishes here and I will try to make this tools. The tools I will release freebie.

Yeah I can do it, but I dont know why Wizatek doesnt use the .Default Encoding.

but when you realese item all editor for exemple work iso but skill editor quest editor and co not work  you need to know some people use owned language with different client but can't add/edit something because tools don't read and save correctly the language like (é) that all and need learn so much time to get the brain of c# c++ etc to change encoding i don't speak about create tools well .i know need decompile and change items.cs and etc but not all have your brain well is all for now.

I only released a item editor, all the others got leaked.

And all the things that did got released by me gets decompiled, edited and another name put above it. 

That is also why i have decided a long time ago to just not release or share anything anymore.
