Looking for skills editor

hi all. As you all know the new skills editor that is on the forum and web doesn't let you make a full db file from the skill_use.lod file.

and the 1 that use to be up there did but now cant be found any where.

 

So if any 1 has the skill editor that lets you make the full db file can you plz upload and post the link for me ty.

You cant make a full skill tabel because the most ( damage calculation ) is only serverside .

i mean i just need to make the sql file of what is in the skill_use.lod like the 1 i use to have did

Just Copy The Line Values From "t_skilllevel" , For Example If You Made Skill That Do The Effect Of "Haste Buff Lv2" , Just Copy

Attention If You Make More Levels Of Haste,For Example 80% ! You Need Update t_magic and t_magiclevel !
