Interface Error

Heya , i have one error on my interface-client atm , in any world a kind of flashing yellow screen appears, not as always but yea sometimes appear that error

Someone know about that or fix it , thanks in advance

As far as i remember thats due to the effect of the super haste potion, which is why some servers decide to remove effect entirely. I'm not sure what exactly the problem is myself because I've never worked with effects so perhaps someone else can help u with that.
