Is there a wat to stop the ip changes on centos? Because centos changes my ip all the time so I have to edit the server config.

If you have a dchp config, it will change everytime you restart or shutdown the centos or the services! the only way is to remove dhcp and make it fix ip! If you are thinking about asking how to do that, cause i know you are XD, then i leave the answer now!!! Use google, thats your best friend to learn how to use linux centos! Just a tip, its under Network Connections!

you need Static IP or buy root dedicated Server is not much money : 2GB ram 19.99 Euro per month you can find this in webtropia.com

okay I got another solutionf or this problem: Just put off the virtual machine in vmware via the vmware "power off" button and do not shut it down in the machine itself and it wount change the ip! |
