HOW TO CREATE A LAST CHAOS PRIVATE SERVER

Hello everyone . 

I am here to find someone that maybe help me. I want to create a Last Chaos Private Server just for myself , I don't want that it turn in a public Last Chaos , just to me play and edit alone. I want to discover the commands and create things . Please if you know how to make a LC Server let a tutorial below this post , you will help me so much!.

Note : I have already a Last Chaos USA client , but I don't know if I need to install it. And I have the "ClientSide" and "ServerSide" but I don't know what to do with it!

 Please let here step by step , like : 

 

1 - How to Create The Last Chaos,  filles and start things to work. 

2 - How to join as DEV

3- How to create my DEV Account

4- How make this works to me 

5- How to use MySQL , Navicat and those anothers edit programs 

6- What  software use for edit items , create things and whatever.

7- Let a tutorial below here with all that I need to make a Last Chaos

 

Thank you all , I know that have a lot of people here that have a rich experience with last chaos . I play this game for about 7 years but , i'd never become as a Developer
