I guess its either hardcoded in GameSevrer or made in the zoneflag.. means: find a zone which doesnt allow RC and copy it to another, try out if it works.. if yes your fine to go, if not you need to fnd the offsets

Its GameServer offset thing, i already tried all i know at the t_zonedata had the same problem. Its an offset...
