GSeditor issues with offsets

hi community as title says i copied and pasted the offsets that was released and made it into a .cfg file and put it in the offsets folder and when i go to open up the offsets in the GS editor i get an error message can someone tell me what the problem is and how i can fix the issue or maybe post the offsets on here exactly how i need to copy and paste them?
