I would just remember you that EP3 game server is coded again from the start.Its a completely new file.

Exactly like it was from EP1 to EP2. We called the EP2 EP2 because of the new char and the new systems,structure. Now there are two new chars and so much more systems,and so much different structures. Also,the client structure is different so i made this section to keep it all clear.

This gameserver was not coded again from start.

Its the even newer gameservers. This one is around 39mb while the newer ones are 60+ mb

As i know the ep3 ones are a new generation of them and the code of it is wrote from the start again. But I could be wrong

As wizatek said this isnt the same as the most update to date ones. Its not so different of a gameserver as ep2.

 

Also Ep2 was named Ep2 because thats what the release was called by officials. It was a change in LCs formula from rareoptions to purple seals and many other system changes we still use today. Ep3 has never been released from Barunson nor called as such. Community just loves giving out the name to make their server feel more new. Just go search for topics about the Ep2 files that leaked with maxi pet and all that, I had this same exact argument with people that it wasnt EP3 and it still isnt.

 

Anyways, I know I wont stop people from calling it what they want to and having this section is warranted enough due to file structure changes but Im just being technical.

The first time i heard people say EP3 was with the new juno, since they noticed on Episode 2 that it had a "complete new" juno, and when they changed juno again some people start to call it Episode3.

There are also some people who go way out of it trying to call it EP8 or EP9,

It can only get a name like Episode 3 if the creators name it like that, which they didnt 

 

But if the term EP3 is used to define recent files then i guess thats how it is, we also make up nicknames for eachother
